Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $14.95 / Standard Shipping (2-7 business days): $9.95. *Awaiting Fulfilment means your order has been successfully placed and is waiting to be sent out to you.
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

NEW ZEALAND: International Express Shipping $20.00 (2-4 business days)
CANADA: International Express shipping $25.00 (3-5 business days)
UK: International Express Shipping $25.00 (3-6 business days). UK mainland customers: FREE shipping on orders over $150 USD.
ASIA: International Express Shipping $35.00 (3-5 business days)
EUROPE: International Express Shipping $32.00 (3-6 business days)

Cancellation policy: No cancellations
We regret to inform you that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. This policy is in place to ensure efficient processing and delivery of your items. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming it. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact our customer support team at sales@runawaythelabel.com, and we will be happy to assist you within the constraints of this policy.
Australia Post Collect
Australia Post Collect is a network of local delivery, pick-up locations with Australia Post Parcel collection points - available all day, all around Australia. Simply find and select an Australia Post Collect location as your delivery address at checkout. Get your items delivered and then collect them anytime of day. Customers sending parcels to Parcel Lockers or Post Office locations will receive an email notification when their parcel is ready for collection. A mobile number is also required as the first point of identification to access the Parcel Lockers.
Tracking your order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details.
- All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, a pick-up card should be left and your parcel will be waiting for you at your local post office.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to show.
- All our packages require a signature upon delivery, if the customer has given the shipping company authority to leave the parcel without a signature, unfortunately Runaway The Label and the shipping company are not liable if the parcel is stolen.

- This service requires a signature on delivery as this is the most secure method of shipping.
- You are welcome to leave order notes to ask to have your parcel delivered to reception but we suggest you add this into your shipping address as we cannot add these notes when dispatching orders via our E-parcel system.
- Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control.
Terms
- Customs or Import charges MAY be required upon delivery. Please note that Runaway the Label is NOT responsible for covering these costs.
- Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Custom taxes and duty charges
Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. Runaway The Label does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary from country to country.
If these charges aren't paid and the parcel is 'Returned To Sender', Runaway The Label will then give DHL authority to destroy the parcel. Therefore, the parcel will not be returned to our facility and no refund will be issued for the order. If the recipient refuses delivery of an order and DHL returns the parcel to us, the order will not be eligible for a refund or reimbursement.
